To try and keep the filament in line and not have it get wrapped around or go where it shouldn’t. I printed a simple filament guide I found on Thingiverse. This attaches to the top X-Axis frame end. It replaces the stopper at the end of the frame and no screws or hardware is needed. It just plugs right in.

I barely made any changes in Cura when printing this, only to add supports as that was suggested for the print in the description. This worked out well and have not had any issues since with filament going awry.
