Weekly Photo #28

I had the opportunity to view Space Shuttle Endeavour’s last flight on Sept 21st. They preformed a low level fly over Moffett Field at NASA Ames Research Base in Mountain View, CA.

The space shuttle is now retired and was heading to LAX air port where it will eventually stay at California Science Center. It was in service for 18 years before being retired. 15,000 people showed up at Moffett to watch the shuttle make a low fly over.

This was my favorite of the bunch that I took that day. I really wished I did not clip some of the 747’s wing but I still think its a great shot.
